Ingredients
  1. 1 C. Oleo
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. 3 C. Flour
  4. 2 Cans Cherry Pie Filling
  5. 1 3/4 C. Sugar
  6. 1 tsp. Vanilla
  7. 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
Instructions
  1. Cream oleo and sugar together. Add egges, vanilla, flour, and baking powder. Beat until smooth. Save 1 1/2 C. of the batter. Spread remaining batter in a jelly roll pan.
  2. Spread cherry pie filling on batter and dab remaining dough on top.
  3. Bake at 350° for 20-25 min.
  4. Put a thin layer of icing on top after it cools.
