Cherry Egg Nog Bars

Ingredients
  1. 2/3 C. Oleo
  2. 2 1/4 C. Flour
  3. 1 C. Sugar
  4. 2/3 C. Milk
  5. 2 Eggs
  6. 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  7. 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
  8. 1/4 tsp. Salt
  9. 1 tsp. Vanilla
  10. 1 10oz jar Maraschino Cherries drained and chopped
  11. 1/2 C. Chopped Pecans
  12. Icing
  13. 3/4 C. Sifted Powdered Sugar
  14. 3-4 tsp. Milk
Instructions
  1. Beat oleo with mixer on med to high speed for 30 sec.
  2. Add 1 C. flour, sugar, milk, eggs, baking powder, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla.
  3. Beat 1 min on med speed.
  4. Beat in remaining flour at low speed. Stir in cherries and pecans.
  5. Spread in greased 15x10x1 baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25 min. at 350°. Cool pan.
  7. Combine powdered sugar and enough of the milk to make of drizzling consistency.
  8. Drizzle over bars. Cut and serve.
