Cheese Cake

  1. 1 can evaporated milk, chilled
  2. 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  3. 1 box lemon Jello
  4. 1 cup hot water
  5. 1 cup sugar
  6. 19 inch graham cracker crust
  1. Mix Jello and hot water.
  2. Refrigerate until Jello begins to set up.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar.
  4. In a larger bowl, whip chilled milk to soft peaks.
  5. When Jello has set up mix it with cream cheese mixture.
  6. Then add this to the whipped milk mix.
  7. Pour over graham cracker crust. Refrigerate.
