Easy Turkey/Chicken Tetrazzini

- 2-3 C. diced cooked turkey or chicken
- 1/2 C. chicken broth
- 2 4oz. cans sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 C. sherry
- 3/4 C. light cream or half and half
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Hot, drained and buttered spaghetti
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Put first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan and thoroughly heat--about 15 minutes.
- Put spaghetti in broiler proof dish.
- Top with turkey mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Broil until golden brown.
