Hamburger and Cabbage Casserole

  1. 1 small head cabbage
  2. 1 lb. lean ground beef
  3. 1 small onion, diced
  4. 1/3 cup uncooked rice (Minute Rice)
  5. 1 can condensed tomato soup with 1 can of water
  1. Chop cabbage and place in greased baking dish.
  2. Brown meat and onion (season to taste with pepper, garlic, seasoned salt, etc.), stir in rice.
  3. Pour on top of cabbage.
  4. Mix soup and water and pour over entire casserole mixture.
  5. Bake at 325 F for one hour.
  6. Add more water if casserole is too dry.
