  1. 1 White or Yellow cake mix and ingredients to prepare mix
  2. 20oz can Crushed Pineapple
  3. 8oz Cream Cheese
  4. 1 box Vanilla Instant Pudding
  5. 1 C. Milk
  6. 2 C. Cool Whip
  7. Coconut
  1. Prepare cake mix as instructed and back in a 9x13 pan. Cool.
  2. Prick holes in cake with fork.
  3. Drain pineapple and spread over cake.
  4. Mix cream cheese, pudding powder, and milk. Spread over cake.
  5. Place the cool whip in an even layer over the cake and sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
