Ingredients
  1. 3/4 c. mini jelly beans cut in half
  2. 2 c. flour
  3. 1 1/4 c. sugar
  4. 1 c. oleo
  5. 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
  6. 1 tsp orange flavoring
  7. 3 eggs
  8. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  9. 1/4 tsp salt
  10. tube pan
Instructions
  1. Combine beans and flour.
  2. Place 1c of bean/flour mixture on bottom of pan
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients with the remaining jelly beans
  4. Place the batter on top of the jelly beans in the pan
  5. Bake at 325°F until brown
