Orange Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
  1. 4- 1 1 /2 inch butterfly pork chops
  2. 4 orange slices
GLAZE
  1. 5 T. sugar
  2. 1 1/2 t. cornstarch
  3. 1/4 t. cinnamon
  4. 1/4 t. salt
  5. 1 t. ground cloves
  6. 2 t. grated orange rind
  7. 1/2 c. orange juice
Instructions
  1. Trim fat from chops.
  2. Flour chops and brown in skillet using a little cooking oil.
  3. Place browned chops in a lightly sprayed casserole dish.
  4. Add orange slices on top of chops.
  5. In a small pan, mix all of the ingredients for the glaze and cook on medium-high until slightly thickened and clear.
  6. Pour glaze over chops and sliced oranges.
  7. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender. Serves 4.
