Pumpkin Ice Cream Squares

Ingredients
  1. Crumbs: 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 1/4 cup melted butter
  4. 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  5. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp. salt
  7. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  8. 1/4 tsp. ginger
  9. 1/8 tsp. cloves
  10. 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Instructions
  1. Prepare the crumbs by mixing together the graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Use just a few of these crumbs on the bottom of a 9x9 pan.
  3. In a separate bowl combine the rest of the ingredients, folding in the softened quart of ice cream last.
  4. Top with the rest of the crumbs and freeze for about 20 minutes.
