Ingredients
  1. 1/2 C. Oleo (soften)
  2. 1 1/2 C. Sugar
  3. 1/4 tsp. Salt
  4. 1 C. Butter Milk
  5. 1 Egg
  6. 2 C. Flour
  7. 2 1/2 C. Diced Rhubarb
  8. 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  9. Topping
  10. 1/2 C. Sugar
  11. 1 tsp. Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Cream oleo, sugar, and egg.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together.
  3. Add dry mixture alternatively with buttermilk to the oleo/sugar/egg mixture.
  4. Beat after each addition.
  5. Fold in rhubarb. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with topping.
  6. Bake for 30-35 min at 350°
