Ingredients
  1. Cut up rhubarb-enough to cover bottom of cake pan
  2. 2 C. Sugar
  3. 4 Tbsp. Tapioca
  4. 1/2 C. Flour
  5. 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  6. 3/4 C. Brown Sugar
  7. 2 C. Oatmeal
  8. 1 Stick Oleo
Instructions
  1. Cover bottom of cake pan with rhubarb.
  2. Sprinkle sugar and tapioca on top to thicken.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle on top of the rhubarb.
  4. Bake at 350° until rhubarb is done.
