- Cut up rhubarb-enough to cover bottom of cake pan
- 2 C. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Tapioca
- 1/2 C. Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 3/4 C. Brown Sugar
- 2 C. Oatmeal
- 1 Stick Oleo
- Cover bottom of cake pan with rhubarb.
- Sprinkle sugar and tapioca on top to thicken.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle on top of the rhubarb.
- Bake at 350° until rhubarb is done.
