Ingredients
  1. 3 cups chopped rhubarb
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1-3 oz. pkg strawberry jello
  4. 1-9 oz cake mix, white or yellow
  5. 1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
  6. 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions
  1. Layer ingredients, as listed, in an 8x8 pan and don't stir.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
