Ingredients
  1. 1 Pt. Strawberries
  2. 1 Pkg. Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding Pie Filling
  3. 1 C. (1/2 Pint) Sour Cream
  4. 1/4 C. Milk
  5. 2 tsp. Grated Orange or Lemon Rind
  6. 3 1/2 C. Thawed Cool Whip
  7. 1 prepared 9'' Graham Cracker Crumb Crust
Instructions
  1. Hull berries and set aside.
  2. Combine pie filling, milk, sour cream, rind, and 2 C. whipped topping in bowl.
  3. Beat with whisk until well blended about 1 minute.
  4. Spoon half of the filling into crust.
  5. Arrange berries, stem down, in filling and press down.
  6. Top with remaining filling.
  7. Freeze 1 hour or chill in frig 3 hours.
  8. Before serving, garnish with topping and strawberries.
