Ingredients
  1. 1 C butter
  2. 1/2 C brown sugar
  3. 2 egg yolks
  4. 2 egg whites
  5. 2 C flour
  6. Chopped nuts
  7. Butter frosting
Instructions
  1. Mix the butter and the sugar together.
  2. Add the two egg yolks and then the flour.
  3. Form into small balls.
  4. Dip in slightly beaten egg whites and roll in finely chopped nuts.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Push in center of cookie.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
  8. Remove and press in center again.
  9. Bake 10 more minutes.
  10. When cool, fill centers with butter frosting.
