Ingredients
  1. 1 cup butter
  2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  3. Cream.
  4. Add 2 egg yolks, then 2 cups flour
Instructions
  1. Form in small balls. Dip in slightly beaten egg whites and roll in finely chopped nuts.
  2. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Push in center of cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
  4. Remove and press in center again.
  5. Bake 10 more minutes.
  6. When cool, fill centers with butter frosting in seasonal colors.
