Our office headquarters is open for receiving your payments 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; and 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Fridays. We are located at 1800 West Washington Street in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.
If you need to make a payment when the office is closed, we have conveniently placed a secure drop box in front of our building where you can access it 24 hours a day.
The drop box is emptied each business morning. Please be advised that if you put a payment in the box after 7:00 a.m., it will not be processed until the following working day.
