Now available, our SmartHub App is available to notify you if your power is out. If you have an email address stored on your account with Access Energy Cooperative, you will now receive an email notification if your power experiences a service interruption. If you don’t have an email address on your account and want to add one, please call our office at 1-866-242-4232.

Members can also arrange to receive a text message alerting you of any service interruptions. Just call our office and we will update your account to receive a text message.
