About every three years, Access Energy Cooperative, in conjunction with our power supplier, Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc. (AECI) conducts a survey of our members. We want to know what we can do to improve service to you.
The goals of these surveys is to find out how we are treating you, what we are doing that is good for our members, and things we can do better on. We use this information to design programs and services.
Beginning August 9th, members could receive a phone call or an email inviting you to participate in the survey. Members are chosen randomly to be asked to participate; not all members will be contacted. It should take about 2 weeks to complete the calls and emails.
If you are asked to participate, we sincerely hope you will tell us what you think of your cooperative. We thank those in advance who agree to be a part of this year's survey!
